Amazon is a separate data controller for the information you give it when you shop on Amazon. Amazon's own privacy notice explains how it uses your data.
We use private software tools, signed in through Login with Amazon, to access our own Amazon seller and advertising accounts. These tools are used only by GOLDBEARUK LTD to manage our sales, stock, pricing, listings and advertising. They are not offered to anyone else and do not collect data about other Amazon users. We do not request buyers' personal details through these tools.

Some of our service providers store or process data outside the UK, including in the European Economic Area and the United States. When this happens we rely on UK adequacy regulations (including the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, so your data stays protected.
We use access controls, multi-factor authentication, encryption in transit and at rest, a private network for our systems, and encrypted backups. Only authorised people at GOLDBEARUK LTD can access personal data.
This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes basic technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
You have the right to ask for a copy of your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to ask for it to be transferred. To use any of these rights, email privacy@goldbearuk.com. We will reply within one month.
